Not an totally negative experience, but could've been a bit better. I realize the bouquet I selected was a florist choice, but the example on the website and what my girlfriend received were quite different. The flowers were clumped together instead of dispersed through the bouquet and looked wilted/low quality. The greenery in the bouquet did not fit the theme and was very large and again clumped together. I did request some blue flowers which they were able to do. Not good! Very disappointed with this flower shop. Didn't appreciate the flowers that were delivered. The flowers order did not reflect what was on the picture it had missing flowers. I sent an email twice and did not get a response back I would have appreciated if someone responded to the email. SO DISAPPOINTED NOT WORTH WHAT I PAYED FOR.
