We ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my daughter's prom. We had paid extra money to scatter gems and black ribbon to match her dress. The order was suppose to ready at 12:30 the day of the prom, however when we went to pick them up they said they wouldn't be ready until 2:30 which was after the time she was suppose to meet up with everyone. When my husband was finally able to pick them up to bring them to us, there were NO gems or colored ribbon. Quite a disappointment! I would not recommend them for a special occasion.
I ordered flowers for my mom recently and they looked just like the picture. My mom loved them. They actually stayed alive for longer than 3 days...its been two weeks and they are still alive. Great Florist, awesome selections and most importantly the prices are unbeatable! Thank you Cindy!
I needed flowers for my wedding and my mother in law and I decided we would give these girls a shot because they were newer and we want to support small local business'. Well we made a huge mistake. The girls Diane and Cindy were sweet but very unprofessional. It started with them promising us one price then sending me an invoice with a different price. I ordered my 39th anniversary roses from Diana's shop. I received the greatest of customer service and excellent help on getting them ordered and delivered at the time I requested. I shopped around with different flower shops in the Inland Empire and I received the best prices from them. I have spread the word about Diana's shop. An affordable place like her's was sorely needed in the Norco, Corona area. They were very pleasant and courteous. Thank you Diane & Cindy
