I recently moved to Central Oregon and needed a special floral arrangement to thank friends. I have few contacts in the Portland area and no real business connections there. I did a quick google search and found Kelly. I saw her website and the beautiful pictures of her arrangements. Kelly created a lovely bouquet for our friend who recently lost her husband. The flowers were freshly picked and arranged beautifully. Kelly talked with me at length about my hopes for peonies and roses. I appreciate her care and expertise.
Nothing but a great review for Kelly. Despite me not giving too much advanced notice and calling in a Friday night for flowers by the following Tuesday… Kelly made it happen and had a beautiful arrangement ready for me by Sunday evening. The arrangement did not disappoint. It was beautiful. And the people who received them absolutely loved them. Kelly’s is an artist of flower design.
Kelly at Floral Creations by Kelly created and delivered a beautiful bouquet for my daughter-in-law’s first Mother’s Day, and it was absolutely perfect. The arrangement was stunning, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, making the occasion even more special. Kelly was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend her for any future floral needs and will definitely be ordering from her again!
