I recently moved to Central Oregon and needed a special floral arrangement to thank friends. I have few contacts in the Portland area and no real business connections there. Kelly created a lovely bouquet for our friend who recently lost her husband. The flowers were freshly picked and arranged beautifully. Kelly talked with me at length about my hopes for peonies and roses. I appreciate her care and expertise.

Kelly went above and beyond—not only was the bouquet stunning and thoughtfully designed, but she even added chocolates to bring an extra touch of comfort and care. Nothing but a great review for Kelly. Despite me not giving too much advanced notice and calling in a Friday night for flowers by the following Tuesday… Kelly made it happen and had a beautiful arrangement ready for me by Sunday evening. The arrangement did not disappoint. It was beautiful. And the people who received them absolutely loved them. Kelly’s is an artist of flower design.
