I recently moved to Central Oregon and needed a special floral arrangement to thank friends. I have few contacts in the Portland area and no real business connections there. Kelly always comes up with something unique to her style while retaining the customers original concepts, but she really knocked it out of the park with this one. The way she makes natural elements fill space as if they were meant to be there is really a special skill lacking in a lot of floral professionals these days.
