I placed an order for my mother in law since she was having surgery and then canceled it because it was post poned. I canceled it 5 days before the delivery date. Her cancelation policy says to notify her within 72. I called twice and both times her voicemail was full, so I texted her and emailed her. Heard nothing and flowers were delivered to the person. What a waste.
