Ordered flowers for a grave site burial and I was guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered. Flowers were never delivered. Burial lasted for over 1hr and we were there for over 2hrs and no flowers. We ended up having to run back to town to purchase flowers for the burial. They state that the flowers were delivered if it was it was not to the correct grave site or way past the time promised.
