Ordered an arrangement online. The order was accepted and paid for, when arriving to get the order. The shop was closed. Called multiple times to get ahold of someone and was hung up or sent to voicemail. Was finally able to get through to someone and they said they never received the order and they weren’t in today because of the storm. It rained. Don’t recommend ordering from this business. Oh and to top it off, they didn’t even offer a refund.
Ordered a teddy bear and flowers for valentines. Got the flowers, not the bear. When I called, they said bear was never part of the deal. $125 for small bouquet delivered. Not happy with that, but love the flowers.
I love this floral boutique, they have the most most beautiful arrangements!! 1000% recommend!
Horrible Customer Service. I hate to even waste my time and write this review.
