I contacted Yvonne on a Saturday afternoon, trying to organise a floral arrangement for a funeral of a friend who had just passed away. My head was fuzzy, I’d never had to do this before and I had no idea of what I needed to ask for. Yvonne was the kindest lady and so gentle on the phone. Yvonne was so helpful and easy to deal with. Her professionalism and artistry in creating such a beautiful foral arrangement, with red and pink roses, was perfect and better than I'd imagine. And providing us with a photo of the completed floral arrangement brought us so much joy, as we know what our dear friend received. Thank you Yvonne for an outstanding job. Yvonne was so lovely to speak to. Yvonne was more than accommodating with the budget that I had. She sent me a picture of the flowers before they were delivered and advised me when they were delivered, which I really appreciated. I love to know that my gifts arrive safe.
