Customer service was great! Some of the hydrangeas wilted as a result of the extreme heat and they delivered fresh replacement flowers the next day for no charge. We really appreciated this level of customer service and will definately use them again in the future.
The whole visiting experience was wonderful! Neli is incredibly kind, and most importantly, the bouquet designs are top-notch. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely visit again.
I'm a local event planner and a few years ago I started working with Neli for my events, she has done countless events for me and I keep coming back for more! Neli is very detailed oriented and works with you on explaining what your budget will get you and the kinds of flowers you can use to create the look you want. My friend recently celebrated her birthday. I live in a different state from her, but still wanted to make it special. I found Floral Art & Decor randomly on Google (as it is close to where she lives) and couldn't have been happier. They offer a great selection online, and send regular updates with a photo of the actual bouquet and when it has arrived to the recipient.
