I'm very pleased with the plant packaging and efficiency at Floral Acres. The Prince of Orange arrived in excellent and was larger than I had expected. It's a beautiful plant.
The two boxes of live plants - peonies and daylilies, shipped from Saskatoon to Calgary arrived very very fast. They were very thirsty so first order was to water them moderately. No breakage whatsoever, a 9/10 rating just because the Lorelei and two others were a bit puny because it was late in the season but the Floral Acres selection was very impressive. Very quick delivery service.
This was my first time ordering from Floral Acres and I have never been more impressed by a greenhouse! I did not have time to make it there this week for their sale so I placed an order for free delivery and they delivered across the city to 15 min out of the city on east end. My address was hard to find so I appreciated their customer service team reaching out for details. The shrubs/grass/flowers arrived and are amazing quality and very healthy. Super impressed and will definitely make this place my go-to :)
