I ordered one of their floral arrangements - to be delivered to a Memorial service - 4 days in advance. They took the money, but didn't deliver the arrangement. I was very specific - upfront - on the date and time of this service and what time I needed it delivered. I have confirmation that the arrangement never made it at all. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company - as they certainly are not sensitive to the needs of the client!

DON’T DO IT!!! I ordered a $75 bouquet online on 11/3 and was pleased to see flowers would be delivered that day. It’s now 11/16 and recipient never received, the order page states that they’ve received my order and nothing else, phone is off the hook, and no response on email or Facebook. This business feels like a complete sham

I have made several orders from across the country and sometimes the internet makes mistakes and my order gets messed up on their end. HOWEVER! Floral Accents has ALWAYS helped me with getting the error fixed and then going above and beyond to make my bouquet extra special! This is not a complaint, rather a compliment on their customer service!

I regretfully made an online order on August 28 for a baby girl arrangement, influenced by the glowing reviews. I was initially pleased with the promised same-day delivery by 7 pm, especially after shelling out $150. However, by September 1, I discovered my order was undelivered with no note or communication in place. Multiple calls, emails, and even a website review from me over the course of 8 days garnered zero responses from Floral Accents.
