Unfortunately, the flower arrangement I ordered for my aunt in hospital was quite disappointing. The bouquet received looked very different from the photo on the website and certainly did not reflect the $100 price tag. I understand that images are provided for reference and that substitutions are sometimes necessary, but in this case, the final product felt far removed from what was advertised.
