Thank you for being so understanding and making sure nursing moms are aware that they can nurse! I so appreciate your statement on the city page. I love nursing my baby in the shallow end where we can both relax and stay cool, and I will continue to patronize Flora throughout the duration of the summer. :)
I was a Flora lifeguard for 4 years and loved it. My sister was a lifeguard/manager and my brother a cashier. Great place to work and great staff.
As a fellow Iowan, born and raised, I am disgusted by how a mother was treated when she was simply feeding her child. Better brush up on the state laws in Iowa because you are clearly in the wrong. All employees including management, need to be educated on the laws regarding breastfeeding. A public apology needs to be issued ASAP. #normalizebreastfeeding #nipproudly
Really, your manager said they did everything right. WRONG, they broke the law in telling a mom to move to breastfeed.
Are you kidding me. Not right to discriminate against a nursing momma..and it's supposed to be a family atmosphere ... Law suit time
