Terrible, if you don’t know how to do customers services just don’t do it, I worked in a flower shop before, and I always smiled checked with the customer, and always wrapped the bouquet with care, that’s lady was rude, I had a flower shop I like to go but was far and I was late, i picked the flowers and asked her out them together, the flowers was super delicates and she literally threw them on the bench, she asked me if I wanted a gift wrap it was 3 dollars extra and I said no because I thought she would do just like in an... read more
