The lady working there made a mistake when calculating the total and charged me more than I should have paid, as she thought one of the items was more expensive than it actually was. She then suggested refunding the difference in cash, but kept the card processing fee. It's not about the amount itself, but the principle. The mistake was made on their side, yet I'm the one who has still ended up out of pocket. Nice plants though.
