Shortly after I moved to Saint Lazare in 2025, I entered this shop and was greeted in French but replied in English. After we exchanged a few sentences, with the florist being the only one understanding the conversation, she switched to English to demand to know how long I had lived in Quebec. When I told her 6 weeks, she replied, "Oh, that's alright then." and seemed to be very happy to serve me going forward. Great service and wonderful flowers !
Dreadful experience. Messed up the order, missed the scheduled delivery time, lied about it, and then didn't deliver the type of arrangement I had ordered and paid for. Extremely disappointing.
Ordered a bouquet for a friend’s birthday. The service placing the order was so helpful and professional. The delivery went seamlessly. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers. They were exceptionally beautiful. I highly recommend this florist.
