My experience was absolutely great!! I spoke with Rebecca regarding prices etc. She was so helpful, smart, friendly & customer focused. She explained options in detail. Rebecca was a joy to work with.
Very prompt with communications and the online billing was very convenient.
Awesome place, very reasonably priced and easy to work with. If you have stuff you need to store give them a call
Jon was great to work with when I moved from the Germantown facility to Hwy 49 Flora facility. Being able to coordinate help in one day versus two was very beneficial to me! And the Flora facility is very clean and much closer to home!
Absolutely amazing experience! John was wonderful!! So much cheaper than i was paying! Great customer service.. and so much help! Really amazing place and the people are great!!! Definitely recommend everyone coming to this facility!!
