Jon was great to work with when I moved from the Germantown facility to Hwy 49 Flora facility. Being able to coordinate help in one day versus two was very beneficial to me! And the Flora facility is very clean and much closer to home!
Absolutely amazing experience! John was wonderful!! So much cheaper than i was paying! Great customer service.. and so much help! Really amazing place and the people are great!!! Definitely recommend everyone coming to this facility!!
Wonderful people! Rebecca helped me tremendously getting set up in my unit. She took care of all my needs and went above and beyond for me! John has done a great job helping me out with some questions too. Overall this is an emaculate location! I love the climate control unit I have. Price is very reasonable and the process to rent was very smooth. I started with a 10×15 and upgraded to a 10×20 very easily with no hassle. I purchased the box package deal they had to help me organize some things in my unit. Not one complaint... read more
