I am greatly disappointed. I just called this morning and told my order would be delivered. I ordered 2 weeks in advance. This was unexcusable. No wonder you have so many poor reviews. It was my bad for not researching prior to ordering. Not only that but it was totally embarrassing not having flowers representing me my children and grandchildren at my father's Celebration of Life. Especially since you have a store right in the town where the ceremony took place. And you advertise free delivery, yet you charged me a delivery... read more
