I booked an appointment and had a slot booked in less than 24 hours. I had to cancel due to work issues. Got charged $300 for not cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment. I booked it less than 24 hours ago. Outrageous
I was referred to Hilary but she was not taking new clients at the time so she recommended that I see Brittany. I’ve since been seen by Brittany for EMDR and I must say she is by far the most compassionate counsellor I’ve been with. She is highly skilled and made me feel very cared for and supported. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who is nervous to start therapy like I was. Everyone I’ve met there is so lovely and it was so calming when I walked in.
My therapist and nurse practitioner are here. I couldn’t find anyone to support my adhd with medication management, but I’m very happy. I also love the location even if it’s slightly hard to find, it’s quiet and very confidential. I would recommend.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Flora. Everyone there is so kind and compassionate, and you can tell they are truly there to support you and make you feel comfortable. When I'm there I always feel heard and understood, and never judged. You can tell they truly care about the work they do and the people they support and are committed to finding a way to help. I’m so grateful to have found them!
I have used Krysta the Nurse Practitioner to manage my sons ADHD and she is warm, understanding and always follows through. I highly recommend her.
