I ordered a bouquet from one of their online options for Mother’s Day and it was even more beautiful in person! Delivery was also very good and timely. The bouquet did miss one thing from the online version, so it was replaced with something very similar (not a big deal to be honest). But, if you’re the very particular type, it would be best to call the shop and confirm with them in advance. Flora is very helpful! Friend loved her bouquet! she received it roughly around the time that the bouquet was supposed to be delivered. Would recommend.
They never added the card my first experience but apologized...but today they claimed to have left it with the neighbor but in fact left the flowers outside in a snow storm on the porch! Poor service for high prices...absolutely shameful!
