We flew into San Francisco for our elopement and I called Michele for a small bouquet and boutoneer for the ceremony and she knocked it out of the park!! Her communication and attention to detail was perfect. We were very pleased with her amazing and caring customer service! Highly recommend!!

Michele was phenomenal. So helpful and gave me so many ideas and info regarding what would look best and what I should order for the best bouquet. They delivered it for me at the hotel my girlfriend and I were staying at and she was blown away. She said over and over again that they’re the most beautiful flowers she’s ever seen or received. Thank you again Michele!!
My husband and I had Flora & Fauna handle our wedding florals. Michele and Becky were incredible! From our initial conversation, we could feel their warmth and were confident that we could entrust them with our special day. Communication start-to-finish was great, and we were able to share with them our vision for our winter-themed wedding. My daughter's wedding was at the end of August at The Oceano Hotel and Spa in Half Moon Bay. Flora and Fauna created an absolutely stunning, magical floral wonderland! We were beyond pleased. They were easy to work with, very clear about what was being provided, and super efficient on the day of. We included in our package a modest fee to have them repurpose all of the wedding ceremony floral (which was on the arbor, on chairs along the aisle, and at the wedding garden entrance) over to the Oceano's Gate House.
