Online ordering was simple. I appreciate how the shop communicated with me about an item that was not available and my options to fix this were great. Later, delivery times were changed with great communication. They made sure the flowers were not sitting in the weather and coordinated for when I would be there at the last minute. Arrangements were beautiful and fresh. High quality.
