Was a great trip to the Flora-Bama during Tropical Storm Cindy. The bands were great and so was the atmosphere. They also serve some pretty good food there, beer drinking kind of snack food but it was good. I tried a few of their mixed drinks and they were okay but expensive. The wait staff were nice as well.
Wow wow wow! Love this place. Can't wait to be back here again when the sun is shining! It was on my list of places to go and highly recommended by several locals!! Awesome atmosphere!! Great drinks! Highly recommend the bushwacker!! I'll be back :)
Way overrated. Place is a dump & food not very good.
Cool bar. Multi-leveled with different types of bands playing. A good experience for a Monday night. Younger crowd. Started to get packed with college kids doing bro-outs around midnight.
Wow! So we just happened apon Flora-bama. It was afternoon and just looking for some burgers. We pull into the lot at the Yacht Club and almost left. So so glad we decided to stay. First off the open air restaurant was just so much fun and the decor and ambiance was just great. Our server was an absolute delight. Awesome place. Good music. Sports bar. Several different bands in each location. Wharf outside. Even a CHURCH 🙏🏻
I have been coming to the Flora-Bama for yrs....that being said we just spent a week in the condos right next door so we came by there at least once a day. I don't drink anymore but the rest of my BIG group does, but every time any of us went up the the bartender (any of them really ) they acted like they couldn't be bothered. And especially if I just ordered a diet coke, that sent them over the edge! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!
One of the greatest places on earth. This is what the south and America is all about.
Always a great place to go for us! We love the variety of the music played on each of the stages.
