I called this dentist this morning, explained I had broken a crown, had the part that broke off and asked is I could get in and see someone. She asked my name, I spelled my first and last name and even provide my date of birth. She told me to come in at 4, which I did. When I arrived I was told that they wouldn’t see me because I am not a current patient!! They had the audacity to ask me if I had called any other dentists! Why would I?? I had an appointment!! I just had my first visit at Dr. Flor's office and had such a great experience! My hygienist Carissa was so bright and bubbly and took the time to show me details with the x-rays and generally what they look for and was just so willing to answer any of my questions! Dr. Flor was very personable and direct on my take home instructions and even the front desk gal, I'm sorry i didn't catch her name, gave me a hug on the way out the door! Going to dentist has always been clichéd to bring out anxiety, but i would highly recommend... read more

Dr. Flor, his wife, and all the staff are amiable and provide great experience and service. They care about your time and ensure you get the treatment that meets your condition and needs.
