The food is good but the service is not. It took 15 minutes for a water and another 15 to get drinks. I could see the waiter and she was just talking to other staff most of the time. Chairs are old.
Since the last time I was there the service has definitely improved, however, tip is already included in check, a mandatory %18, wish is fine if you had a good service, but if not? Oh well,you tip anyways. The food is verg good, authentic cuban food, sides are overpriced, but plates are good. Loved live music too!
The place is awesome and the music . Ericsson is my favorite waiter. The food is great.
