My entire experience—from selecting the flooring to the completed install—was terrific thanks to the patience and professionalism of Glenda Hurley in the Santa Rosa store!!! She made the project fun while we worked together as a team to keep it moving forward. I couldn’t be happier or say enough good things about my beautiful flooring and the job the very skilled Floortex Design crew did. Thank you to everyone!
Wow, I must have talked to a different salesperson than everyone else because I when I requested a price I was told $7-8 per square foot for materials only. The exact same stainmaster carpets at Lowe’s are between $2.98 - $3.99. So if you don’t mind being ripped off then I guess it’s cool.
An excellent customer experience! Even though it was a small job, we got immediate responses to our questions and thorough follow-up on all details. The installer did a great job, too. We would definitely use them again.
We used the San Rafael location, but they were so amazing I have to add a review here as well. Go see Ann she will help you design the kitchen and house of your dreams.
