Michael Watt, a rep at the Abbey Showroom is a wonder. Polite, professional, relaxed, well informed and a pleasure to do business with. High marks. The installation crew was also well above the usual, and they have done a number of properly installed projects for me. And finally, another pleasant surprise is the selection and fair pricing of flooring products available through Abbey. Recently decided to carpet our stairs. These stairs make a left turn and then are curved near the top. There was a wonderful selection of carpets at Abbey Carpets in San Francisco. Michael Watts helped us choose a patterned carpet and Guillermo installed it. The results are fantastic. Guillermo is an artist! I am very happy with the results. Thank you, Michael!
