Michael Watt, a rep at the Abbey Showroom is a wonder. Polite, professional, relaxed, well informed and a pleasure to do business with. High marks. The installation crew was also well above the usual, and they have done a number of properly installed projects for me. And finally, another pleasant surprise is the selection and fair pricing of flooring products available through Abbey.
