Murphy was very helpful, patient, and informative which helped us pick out our new floor. Floortech was great to work, has a ton of options and definitely will be our go to for future projects.
Our dealings with Floortech started at their showroom and Murphy O'Connell. Murphy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the differences in flooring. Their installer, Kurt, was terrific. He was very careful moving our furniture. We had some large, heavy stuff. It was a very professional job. We would recommend Floortech in an instant.
The carpet install was flawless. Quick and efficient. Workers were polite. Install job was well done and the quality of the carpet is great. Highly recommend.
Our experience purchasing luxury vinal plank flooring with Floortech was excellent. We had shopped multiple stores in the Kenosha/Racine area and received wonderful customer service from our salesperson Murphy.
