Needing to have our laminate floor replaced the guys from Floortech literally had to pry the old floor up. It was directly glued to subfloor. A very tedious job coming up in slivers. They worked tirelessly until it was cleaned. They filled the many dips and uneven areas. When finished I had a beautiful floor. They cleaned up everything, replaced the furniture and even put the rug down in front of my door. Curt,Stan and guys are 5 star. A great crew of professionals. Vicki.
The people were very helpful. When I wasn’t happy with a couple of transitions they came in and found another solution that was much better, installed it quickly and did not charge me for the change.
Beyond pleased with my new carpet from Floortech. My representative, Murphy, was extremely knowledgeable and was an amazing help guiding me through the process from inception to completion. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Again, shout out to Murphy for making this an awesome experience.
Murphy was very helpful, patient, and informative which helped us pick out our new floor. Floortech was great to work, has a ton of options and definitely will be our go to for future projects.
