Tracy was great on the phone, very professional and polite. We were able to make the appointment very quickly. Emma came to do the shampooing of our carpets. She was very polite and pleasant and the rooms looked great when they were done thank you.

I drove 6 hours one way from Minnesota to meet a representative of this company. I was interested in buying a business and building in a local small town that had been closed for a while and had some mold and mildew in it. The guy wouldn't get back to me with a bid. Finally, several weeks later he had some secretary call me with a verbal bid of $50-$100K... They are out to lunch. Who gives a bid with a range that wide and why didn't he have the ba.... to call me himself? Very unprofessional...

We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done! We knew nothing about how often ducts should be cleaned. Our technician was very professional and answered all of our questions. We would recommend/ use this company again!
