I ordered flooring material from Kevin May 2. As of today (Aug 4) it has not been received. After NUMEROUS attempts to get an explanation, none came. I cancelled the order and requested a refund andI am still awaiting that refund.. Do not do business with this unscrupulous company. The issue has been turned over to the Wisconsin Dept of Agriculture, Trade and Commerce and to the Consumer Protection Agency for resolution. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Floorsme is a clever business name but that's where the cleverness might end if you decide to hire these folks. I see some have had a good experience but myself and Laurel would advise you to keep dialing other flooring installers. When I gave Kevin my deposit check he told me he would, "have the material ordered that week or the next". That was mid November. I began calling Kevin a couple weeks before Christmas. As a business owner it is difficult to make every customer happy as there are some circumstances out of our control. We are at the mercy of our suppliers and what they tell us. I passed on all the info that i was givwn by the supplier. We will always do the best that we can to satisfy our customers. I am very sorry Laurel. We waited for over 2 months for the flooring to come in to match the previous flooring that was installed by Floors Me. We put our life on hold & cancelled many get togethers expecting it to arrive any day. I made numerous phone calls to Kevin asking him to check on it, which he said he did or would do. No response or comunication from Kevin regarding delay or order. Finally, I called the company to check on the order, it was NEVER ORDERED. I called Kevin, asked for our deposit back.
