Dolores and Rick are very likable people. They checked the humidity in our basement and said it was fine. Less than a year later the floating flooring was warped and leaving gaps. They were contacted and came out and measured the humidity. It was unbelievably high. I was told to get a dehumidifier. I did, but it didn't make any difference It has now been another year.
