Would I use Floors with Flair again? Probably not. It took several different trys before the floor was right. We had to move out each time. In the end when all was said and done, no one gave us a call to follow up on the quality of work or service.
I re-carpeted my whole house with them. I picked a color and changed my mind the night before they were schedule to come. I went to the warehouse before the store opened, and told them. The carpets were already loaded on to the truck. They were so nice. They said no problem, what carpet do you want and loaded the carpet of my choice.Never a fuss, a word of disapproval, just great people to work with.
highly recommended if you are looking for selection and price... small and informal customer service with owner's attention..makes this store seem friendly yet upscale..
