We needed carpet replaced in 3 rooms. Britney helped us choose the right color, material and density for our home. The installation crew was timely, courteous, and tidy. We would certainly use them again.
This will be my 2nd review for Floors Unlimited. As always they did the job Perfect Wanted to moved old carpet and install wood flooring, with some subfloor repair. John remove subfloor and it turned out that the wood underneath the floor was Rotten.They work with me on pricing and came up with a plan and price. Well they got to work, remove old floor , removed old cross beams, replace cross beam and replace subfloor. Then they install wood flooring of my choice. They did a Super good job. Working with Floors Unlimited is so easy. Needed LVP at 2 rental properties, after checking out some bigger corporate stores, glad I stopped in. Product, installation, great service, fair pricing, all without a hitch. Big thanks to Tim and the installation crew.
I used floors unlimited for an install and they were amazing! They were easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable, and so nice. They made it very easy to work with and the men who actually installed the floors were so courteous and thorough- I highly recommend using FU!
