Never showed up for initial appt. It's been two week's now and im still waiting for the appraisal to come back!!! 😠
The owner. Edgar knew exactly what we were looking for & we couldn't find it. He takes great pride in the workmanship & has a good crew of workers. Punctual, reasonably priced, amazing work ethic (which is hard to find these days). It was a huge flooring job (porcelain tile in the Versailles pattern in the kitchen, foyer, powder rm, butler's pantry/laundry rm); the backsplash (3D Carrera marble) for the kitchen & butler's pantry and tiled (travertine on wall) the powder rm plus a marble mosaic in the butler's pantry.
