Perfect experience!! This is our second time using Floors to Go (previously had the living room carpeted) and now an upstairs guest room and stairs. Logan is a very pleasant and non-pushy sales person, easy to communicate with and came through on the dates that were agreed. Installer Richard was super kind, helped move a heavy piece of furniture and left without a trace of trash. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

We were in an emergency in terms of replacing our flooring asap, as a family member was coming home from a heart transplant surgery. We tried working with Legacy with Lowes and they put us in a bind with almost a month of poor communication and no call backs from Legacy Flooring.
