We had no insight about floors, material or much else. Took the day and went to 3 different flooring stores. Scott at the Springfield store took his time, showed photos and let us take examples home(so did the other stores). We like what we saw and took the next step and Rob came out explained in detail about pros and cons of each product. Rob worked with our remodel schedule and made it work for us. From the sales experience when we first walked in the door to the day of installation, this company delivered on every expectation. Every person we met was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They truly care about making sure the job is done right and will proudly stand behind their work. Prices appear to be in line with competition but even if they come out slightly more, I appreciate the security of knowing they’ll be here to fix any issues I may have now or in the future.
Rob (the owner) is top notch explaining process, taking measurements/quote. Communication was initiated by owner always. I never had to call to get updates. Reminders sent. Rick/Jesse (installers), superb communication, polite, courteous, professionals.Clean up after install was excellent. Superior product vs. BOX STORE. and they will tell you why. 30 year warranty.
