I set up Rob and the good folk at this shop to take care of my elderly parents carpets. They completely rocked it. My parents and their care givers still sing their praises weeks after. You can’t do better.
We are very happy with our new floors! They look so good and make our rooms look bigger! All the guys we talked to were very nice and helpful! Explained things thoroughly and with patience for all our questions! Installers were great as well and very fast and efficient! Would recommend them to anyone!
We absolutely love the job they did on our floors. They showed up on time and stayed till the job was done. Any time there was a concern they discussed it with us and came up with a solution. The whole process was a good experience from the help we got at the store with picking out the flooring we wanted, the communication on what day and time they would be there, to the guys showing up and installing the flooring and cleaning up after was all positive. We would 100 percent recommend them.

Whether it was the owner, the Springfield store manager, or the installers, everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Scheduling was quick and installation day went smoothly. I used Floors Plus from Springfield to install new luxury vinyl throughout my house. Rick and Jesse did a fantastic job of tearing out the tile and installing the new floors. These 2 guys are very hard workers. I would recommend Floors Plus to anybody for new floors in their home.
