I bought a home with partial hardwood flooring done by Steve (Stephen) Elkin. I wanted the rest of the rooms done so we scheduled an appointment for him to come estimate. After being scheduled for 2 weeks the day before our appointment Steve cancelled to which I wasn't impressed and decided I didn't want him doing my flooring.
