Great price and exceptional customer service start to finish. Floors Etc Outlet was one of the few places I could find a particular tile I wanted, and (strangely) one of the only companies I could find that would take responsibility for any damage to the tiles before/during shipping. This turned out to be important because some tiles in the first shipment were broken — but within just a couple of days, FEO sent a fresh shipment of replacement tiles at no extra cost and they arrived in perfect condition. Don’t let the word “outlet” turn you away. Found beautiful glass subway tile for a kitchen backsplash. The price was shockingly low. The gentleman who is in charge of the outlet is quite helpful. You can see what’s available online. Lots of choices!

The outlet has a beautiful selection of tile, etc. I found just what I was looking for at a fraction of a fraction of the original cost. Alex was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and terrific to work with. Highly recommend!
