We recently had Floors Etc install new porcelain tile in our foyer. It is absolutely beautiful and the entire process was flawless. Excellent selection of carpet, excellent assistance by my salesperson, Nasim, and excellent installation. Because of the irregular edges of my floor wherever baseboard heating pipes were located, Nasim worked diligently to ensure that the right size of carpet was ordered, and then she arrived with the installers to be sure that they understood how to cut the carpet edges.
