If you want to work with a company that will waste weeks of your precious time and be extremely poor at communication and be a no show and not follow thru on their word every step of the way while dealing with them, Floors etc is the company to call!
I was in this establishment for about 15 minutes. Not one person greeted me, not one person came to ask if I needed help. As I was leaving I walked pass a white women with black hair who I saw when I walked in, she didn’t ask if I found everything or if I needed assistance. This was most definitely a waste of my time and gas? A ONE AND NEVER AGAIN!!!
Do not hire this company. They flooded our basement, cut wires that weren’t supposed to be cut, and broke our garage door. They refused to take any responsibility even though the work was done when no one was living at this house. We also had multiple plumbers/HVAC/other flooring companies come and confirm that Floors Etc didn’t follow correct hardware floor installation procedures, proving that Floors Etc caused the flood. Our experience with the team at Floors Etc was fantastic from start to finish. They were straightforward, communicative, friendly, and an all-round pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using Floors Etc. I used them to redo the floors on the first floor of my house. They have a beautiful showroom with so many different selections. Their workers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Melanie helped me make the perfect selections for my space. The floor contractors were friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the finished product!
