Do not hire this company. They flooded our basement, cut wires that weren’t supposed to be cut, and broke our garage door. They refused to take any responsibility even though the work was done when no one was living at this house. We also had multiple plumbers/HVAC/other flooring companies come and confirm that Floors Etc didn’t follow correct hardware floor installation procedures, proving that Floors Etc caused the flood. I highly recommend using Floors Etc. I used them to redo the floors on the first floor of my house. They have a beautiful showroom with so many different selections. Their workers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Melanie helped me make the perfect selections for my space. The floor contractors were friendly and efficient. Extremely knowledgeable flooring team! We asked for a lot AND we got it! (and more) We bought a house and furniture delivery was looming.
