Do not use this company!! Every aspect of my experience was unpleasant, and I mean every. They ordered doors that they couldn’t get permitted. They only communicated with me when I pinged them. After three months, I suggested they take the doors (sitting on a pallet in my garage) back and return my deposit. Their response was “Those are your doors, you bought them”. David, Kayla and the whole crew at Floors, Doors,Windows & More were great to work with! They painted the ceilings, walls, doors, trim, cabinets and pool deck and had carpet replaced with some wood flooring and updated the bathroom flooring. All projects started AND finished when they said they would be. We were informed throughout the project of progress and any problems that arose. We love it all and will use them again for our next projects in the future.
It was a fast process. Same day we called they did my estimate. The estimate was very good based against other prices. They had the door ordered and installed very quickly. Great customer service.
