Horrible experience. The owner of the company, Randy *********, is cheap, unprofessional, irresponsible, and disrespectful. He does not follow proper business regulations. I've witnessed him short his employees on pay and have witnessed employees walk out on him mid-job due to being mistreated. I've on multiple occasions overheard Randy cursing out employees even going as far as making fun of their disabilities.
