Someone had recommended that I go to Floors Direct when I mentioned my spare bedroom and basement steps needed new carpet. We’ve been buying carpet for years with Floors Direct and each time it’s a seamless process! This time was no different!!! Super easy to work with and reasonably priced!

This is our second time purchasing flooring from Floors Direct. The manager, Scott Stilwell, is excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. His installation crews are excellent! They are very professional and do a great job. We will use this company in the future for all of our flooring needs!
Did absolute AMAZING work! Terry Johnson was super polite and answered all my questions I had. He even helped get me exactly what I want within my budget and even helped me get a better deal for my carpet! I highly recommend working with him if you need flooring and through their company!
