We were installing vinyl plank flooring in our basement using a friend of a friend. We pulled up carpet, moved furniture, purchased the flooring and on installation day the project stopped because our floor was not level enough to lay the floor. My installers didn’t do leveling. I called Floors by VAL and the owner Michael was at my house in 3 hours. He explained everything to me and within 2 days we had a detailed estimate. I will say I am extremely happy with the flooring installation. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They were neat, clean, craftsmanship, and fast. I posted some videos to show before, during, and final.
Michael and team did a great job with refinishing our hardwood floors. Dealing with Michael was smooth and easy…all the way from initial visit, getting quote to getting job done. Highly recommend them.
Mike and the team at Floors by VAL did an excellent job on our vinyl floors/stair treads in our basement and tile/shower in our new bathroom. The installers were extremely professional and did such neat work with great attention to detail. We would definitely consider them again if we have any new flooring needs. Mike’s prompt communication is great and the team’s professionalism is what really struck me as a stand out. A+++!!
