Floors by Val was a great company to work with for our new floor. Their price was reasonable and they were very responsive. We also liked that they worked with us to order additional samples before we chose one. Installation was a bit delayed due to late arriving product but it was done quickly and well. We are very happy with our new floors.
Floors by VAL are simply amazing. They did a great job from start to finish. His quote was good as well. Micheal the owner is simply amazing. He is so easy to get along with and I could always reach him, and the times I don't wasn't able to he'd reach out. He had a lot of patience with our indecisiveness (sorry Mike). Mike and his team did an outstanding job. They were professional, attentive, and truly cared about every detail. I especially appreciated how patiently they listened and made sure everything turned out just right.
