hey were very informative about the products they sell, and also very helpful in making sure that i got the right type of flooring for my application and lifestyle... they were able to go out and measure my house the same day i called and had my floor installed the same week.. VERY IMPRESSED!

The customer service was very poor. With in two months we had three different reps that had no clue of what the other reps had already done. Once installed, follow up was needed because of chipping in the flooring. After the third call an appointment was made with the owner, Ray. He decided to call me at the time the appointment was to tell me he was running more than thre hours late. Wasted my day waiting around for nothing. Then Ray tells me there is nothing he can do. Ridiculous.
I had carpet & vinyl installed by Floors by Ray. They have 12 crews of Licensed Installers and knowledgable Sales people. The carpet along with a 7lb pad was put in by a friendly, professional Installer. The 7lb pad is great, I love it, cushy & soft. I have a lot of foot traffic, also 3 dogs & 2 cats.
