The day we closed on our house Marlon was there when he said he would be...removed carpet and refinished floors on 2nd floor and stairs. The floors looked amazing and matched downstairs exactly just like he said they would!!! Looked so good he did downstairs--even though meant furniture delivery delayed. I called Floors by Marlon for an estimate to have the 75 year old hardwood floors in my 1100 sqft ranch sanded, stained and refinished. Marlon showed up that day and provided me a quote that beat all other companies in the area. He stared the job within a week and promised to complete in less than 3 days, which is a target that he hit. The floors look fantastic and are like new again.
