Regrettable! Overpromised and underdelivered. After waiting months to get a commitment on a date, my luxury vinyl flooring was installed. The materials used were not what i recommended but having heard good things, I defaulted to Iggy's recommendation. The overall workmanship was shoddy: there were gaps in the flooring planks, scratches and "scars" on the planks, the floor planks did not fit snuggly under the cabinets and there were several spongy areas where the the underflooring was not fixed. We had a great experience with Floors by Leftons!!!They did multiple projects for us throughout the years from kitchen design ,bathroom remodel to an amazing wood looking tile floor installation!!! Iggy is the absolute best! We have had almost all of our second floor condo tiled by them. They do great work, easy to get a hold of, and they are the lowest priced around. We had several estimates and Iggy beat them all!
