I had Gene out to do 2 rooms plus small closets and a hallway. He left without finishing one closet and one room has a very large discolored area. He has promised to come back to finish everything but he has not returned phone calls or texts the last two weeks and it's been over a month since he left the job. Derek was very accommodating about my schedule and need to have it done in two parts instead of all at once. I was impressed with how dust free the whole process was. The floors were about 200 year old Southern Oak and came out just beautiful. He started and finished on time, was the only one with dust collecting equipment, and came in with the lowest bid. I could tell he's been doing this a long time and knew what he was doing.
