very happy with the service I have received. The carpets were installed on time and the price was about $450 less than the nearest priced competitor. Highly recommended
Their service is impeccable when you are there face to face and paying for the product, however follow up service and returned calls leave much to be desired.
The service in the the store was nothing but perfect, you will never find better. But the follow through was a totaly different story. Could not get them to the house (on time) to look at the room. I don't know about you' but when I make an appointment in the middle of the day I would like someone to show-up.
