I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Floors4Less. We found them after a faulty shower pan ruined our laminate flooring and dry wall in several rooms. Our point of contact Dalia was very professional, timely and easy to communicate with and was very flexible when our project dates kept changing due to insurance and other variables. The installation crew that put in my floors worked really hard. They were very careful moving my furniture and they cleaned and wiped down everything before leaving. A really good crew.
Worked with Floors 4 Less a few years back on a project and all went well. Not sure if ownership has changed. Note: this is my 1st bad review. But, it's deserved. I have a 1-room project in need of wood floors. I have reached out to F4L 4 times with details and inquiries re: sourcing of the floors I need, and have received 0 return comms. No follow-up. No authentic interest. I guess my project just isn't worth the time. There are other options...go there instead.
