This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased 1000 ft of luxury vinyl their top of the line. Within 2 weeks the floor start coming apart in a large area. Planks started peeling. One plank cracked. Waited 10 months for an expert to come and say it was installer error. This was professionally installed. Claim got rejected after waiting another month. I have just had a product rejuvenate placed in my home. Installers were great. Took a while to get what I wanted and it’s in. However, nowhere along the line was, I told the do’s and don’ts in the care process for this product. Trust me, there’s more don’ts than there are do’s. You can’t put mats down because of the potential it gives off a toxic smell /and possible chemical rxn after a while.
