This October was F2K 25th anniversary. Sadly they will be closing their door permanently at the end of November. I have enjoyed working there for the past 23 years. Farewell my home away from home.

Terrible product and of course it’s the professional installers fault. Right. Floor started having issues within one year of install our entire house is going to have to be replaced. This is a brand new home. Very disappointed.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased 1000 ft of luxury vinyl their top of the line. Within 2 weeks the floor start coming apart in a large area. Planks started peeling. One plank cracked. Waited 10 months for an expert to come and say it was installer error. This was professionally installed. Claim got rejected after waiting another month. The expert said I cleaned the floor with window cleaner. Imagine 1000 ft cleaned with glass cleaner. The expert just flat out lied and this company believed it. He w... read more
